Accessing (or attempting to access) any of our Resources through any means other than those provided by us is strictly prohibited. You explicitly agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of our Resources through any automated, unethical, or unauthorized means.
Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Resources, including the servers and networks to which our Resources are located or connected, is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to copy, duplicate, or reproduce our resources is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer as a result of any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and such actions may result in criminal or civil liability.
Your privacy is important to us, which is why we have created a separate Privacy Policy to explain in detail how we collect, manage, process, secure, and store your personal data. Our privacy policy is included within the scope of this User Agreement.
By using this site, you explicitly understand and agree that any claim against us will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the use of services. Food Lincense Registration will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary loss or damages that may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources, or due to any changes, data loss or corruption, interruption, loss of access, or downtime to the fullest extent permitted by applicable limitation of liability laws.
You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, a breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on record with us, including any account or login information.
Users authorize us to manage their license in our FSSAI Panel, and they understand that once the license is issued, the panel cannot be changed or shared as it contains sensitive user information.
By accessing our website, you agree that the laws and regulations of India will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site.
In certain conditions, we reserve the right to restrict or stop services or communication with users or clients who engage in misconduct or violate the terms and conditions and policies of this website after accepting them.
a) We are a private consultancy firm, not a government agency.
b) Users authorize us to submit the Registration Certificate Form on the government portal on their behalf.
c)If a user proceeds online with us after generating Form A, the government fees for Basic registration will be included: 100/- for 1 year, 200/- for 2 years, 300/- for 3 years, 400/- for 4 years, and 500/- for 5 years.
d)The fees charged by us in addition to the government fees are our consultancy charges.
e)Users allow us to display the FSSAI registration number, applied by us, in our "Recently Issued or Renewed Registration" column. The registration number will be asterisked to ensure user details are secured.
Unless otherwise stated, Food Lincense Registration explicitly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree that we are not liable for the issuance of the FSSAI license as it is entirely dependent on the government's decision to issue the license. We are here solely to assist you in applying for a food registration license on the government portal.
Users authorize us to use our email address during the registration of the FSSAI Registration Certificate for better assistance, which users can change at any time.
In some cases, clients may need to visit the department in response to queries raised by a food officer or when required as a Food Business Operator (FBO).
