In the event that your business cannot be registered with FSSAI and we are unable to provide you with a filled FSSAI application, a 100% refund will be issued using the same payment method you used. No refund will be provided if you cancel the service, fail to provide proper documents, or do not provide the documents requested by the Food Officer in response to queries.
You can send a refund request to support@foodregistration.co.in Refund requests must be made within 10 days of submitting the online application.
We will process your refund request within 10 to 15 business days upon receiving all the necessary information required for processing the refund, such as the reason for the refund and bank details for processing the request.
Once the registration application has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. No refund will be provided once the application is completed and a temporary reference number is generated.
As mentioned earlier, we only provide services related to FSSAI Registration License. If a Food Inspector requests a different license, a refund is not possible as the work has been completed based on the user's instructions.

If we are unable to deliver services due to any shortcomings on the client's side, such as not providing proper documents, additional details for renewal, additional documents, or any other matter that restricts us from delivering services, no refund will be issued.
If users have paid for a State or Central License and it is stated clearly on our website that this portal is only for Registration License, a refund is not possible. However, our company can provide services for State or Central licenses at an additional cost (starting from 3500/-).
If a client has made multiple payments, the refund will be issued after deducting processing charges of approximately 400-500 rupees (Payment Gateway and Processing charges).
If the client fails to provide any documents or cancels the service after filling out the form and assigning the work, no refund will be issued.
Food Licenseportal Registration will not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service and will not be liable to the client for any discontinuance, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations due to an earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, avalanche, hurricane, cyclone, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine, plague, court or public authority action, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott, or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether anticipated or unanticipated (each a "Force Majeure Event").
In certain special conditions, we may provide a refund of up to 20% of the amount, but this solely depends on the company's discretion.
If you provide an already expired license, we will assist you in obtaining a new license or renewing it (if possible, any government penalties will be borne by the client). However, a refund is not possible for all types of licenses (Registration, State, and Central). The fees for State and Central licenses will be applicable as per point no. 8
